My pet had to be fully sedated at my vets office to get exam and x-rays for a torn cruciate ligament. The insurance paid all but my deductible and copayment. Unfortunately, my pet will be going for surgery to repair her leg, I'm hoping I will get the reimbursement on that as well!

Thank you Healthy Paws
My cat was attacked by a cayote 3 days after I canceled my pet insurance, in fact the day before it would have gone inactive. Obviously I was thrilled it was still in effect and realized no pet should ever be without pet insurance, especially when all seems well. They reinstated my coverage without a blip and even though the bill topped $6000, I got the reimbursement for all expenses a month later. Anytime I wrote them I got a quick response and it was easy to talk to a human if I wanted to call. What more can you ask? My cat is still recovering and will need the last follow up x-rays but he's going to be ok. Thank you for everything Healthypaws.

The best pet insurance company
I could not be happier with ASPCA's level of service. Claims are settled in a timely fashion, without hassles and redundant questions. ASPCA followed up with a call concerning my pets health and well being. I wish health insurance for people was as good as what ASPCA provides for pets. I would highly recommend ASPCA to anyone requiring pet insurance. Their prices are great, they offer a number of different packages, and their service is second to none. I would not even consider any other company other than ASPCA for my dog.

Great Experience
My dog tore her cranial cruciate ligament and needed surgery. I've had insurance from Embrace since 2015 and had never used the service, so I called Embrace the day before to ask if there was anything I needed to do for pre-approval and the rep explained that there was no pre-approval necessary. The bill came to about $5000. I submitted the claim form on 11/21 and was notified today (11/28) that it was covered and that I'd be receiving a check in the mail for the exact amount I was expecting (based on my policy terms). It was a painless process.
I went with Embrace in the first place because they have a high deductible option. I didn't want a costly policy for routine care, but rather something to cover catastrophic issues. That's exactly what this policy did. For well under a dollar a day I was able to protect myself from bills like this. Strongly recommended! Do it today before it's too late.

Great customer service, response time, and reimbursement
ASPCA has covered Jake since puppyhood- what a ride it has been. Both knees repaired surgically, a near fatal attack by another dog, and the run of the mill healthcare bills. ASPCA has paid fairly and in a reasonable time frame. I will always use them for my pet insurance.
