Trupanion is great to work with
My experience with Truepanion could not have gone better. My dog needed an operation on her elbow. A live person took my questions over the phone & e-mailed me the needed claim form within seconds. I submitted the form the day after the operation & was paid in a week! The policy cost is low, service is 1st rate. They paid 90% of the total cost with a $100 co-pay saving me $1000.00

*Instant* turnaround with refund! :)
This afternoon I purchased 2 flats of prescribed canned wet food for my special-needs rescue kitty-girl. The total was $111.74 & I was grateful to my vet's assistant for faxing in the claim to Embrace immediately upon my purchase. When I got home about 2 hours later what to my wondering eyes did appear but an e-mail showing *same-day* claim reimbursement via direct-deposit of the full amount of the claim!!! WOW is all I can say - as well as "thank you Cynthia Hokes for your excellent professional handling of my claim!" I really need every penny especially this time of the year. Many thanks Embrace Pet Insurance!!!

Do not buy this inusrance!!
After continuous years of coverage, the only time I put in a claim was I was denied because her illness occurred beyond the 180 day claim period, although the medications and treatments were ongoing. It is a total waste of time. The ASPA should be ashamed to be connected to this company. I am cancelling my automatic monthly contributions to the ASPCA and sending it to another pet charity. It took over a month to be denied and multiple phone calls.

Tremendous quick turnaround time!
My Embrace claim refund came on 11/06/12 & is was for about $150. I *really* needed a prompt refund and as usual I was *not* disappointed! Thanks *so* much Embracers for your great job. The woman who handled my claim is fantastic; wish I could give her name but I know the record with the company will show that.

Alex Krooglik did a tremendous, fast job of processing a Wellness claim for one of my 2 kitties - I am *so* impressed - and, I really need that refund right now! :)

i like what my vet said about u..
i just started.. my boxer is 10 months old- speedy - she is a great dog. but i no boxers they do have problems in the later years. but i wouldn't trade her in 4 anything, having said that, i have no problems now- but when i do need embrace - i no they'll be there 4 me. from what i hear embrace well be very good to me & my speedy..shari

The best insurance experience I have ever had!
Max was diagnosed on 9/20/12. Those who are familiar with this illness know that it changes the lives of the owner and the pet forever. He lived through the critical 48 hours and Max is one of the lucky ones so far. He is still here after 2 weeks. It's known for being one of the scariest and also one of the most expensive diagnosis' a pet can have and Max will fight it for life.I faxed the first claim (including Max's clinical history) on 9/24-received a confirmation e-mail same day. Rec'd the explanation of benefit letter with amount of reimbursement (accurate to the penny)on 10/1. The check arrived on 10/5. Faxed the second claim on 10/2-again, same day confirmation; EOB letter SAME DAY and received the check on 10/6. Faxed the third claim yesterday on a Sunday-thinking I would get a jump on Monday, but THEY WORK ON SUNDAY. Rec'd the EOB letter Sunday evening.
Don't hesitate- this is the best insurance by far. I'm telling everyone who will listen! Just a great company-which has helped get us through this. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them.

Tremendous service!!!
Alex and the other Embracers who process and assist with my claims have been phenomenal. I'm *so* impressed with the compassion and real caring that everyone shows.
And my two rescued kitties say "Meow!" which, in human language, means "Ditto!"
