My 18 month old King Charles Spaniel became ill this Spring. We were not sure what the cause was, and it took our vet nearly 4 weeks to figure it out, treat her and get her healthy. I was afraid that there would be "some" kind of issue with the amount of our claim, or something that was done during the treatment period, for just "reason" that I wasn't aware of. Instead, I am happy to report that not only is my dog HEALTHY again, but Trupanion got my claim, promptly notified me via email, continued to keep me updated with detailed individual claims, and ultimately issued checks to us for nearly 90% of her expenses, minus our co-pay. I was SHOCKED that filing this claim was as easy as they said it was and that receiving payment was also as easy! Thank you Trupanion, for honoring your policy as stated and for your prompt attention and resolution to our claim!

She had undergone surgery for the same problem in the other knee about six months ago. The good news is that she is recovering well 10 days after surgery.We are very fortunate to have signed up for Trupanion after an early visit to Noah's last year. Dr. Kalt had referred us to the insurance. Trupanion responded promptly to claims for the first surgery as well as a previous illness. Although Annie's surgery was only 10 days ago we have already received a response from Trupanion about coverage for her current surgery. Trupanion has been profession, responsive and concerned with all of our issues. We are very glad to have this insurance.

I submitted my wellness claim paperwork last Friday, July 5th. I just got an email saying it has been processed and will be in my account in 2 days. Thankfully I've never had to submit an injury or illness claims but Embrace is very quick about processing wellness claims!

I have had dogs before and surely never needed this type of service. There is a simple form to fill out, and I filed it away with all the other paperwork received. I took my puppy in for his first round of shots, and the vet said he was a happy healthy puppy. Great! At the end of the visit, the business manager at the vet came in and asked why I haven't enrolled Elliott with the 30 day free trial of pet insurance. I said, "You've seen his report. He's healthy. There's no reason." The business manager said, it's free. Just do it. It takes two minutes. I had reservations. I was afraid of an automatic enrollment after the 30 day free trial, etc, but I enrolled Elliott anyway. It was easy; fill out this paperwork, and the vet did the rest. After a few weeks, I came back for his second round of shots, and again, I received another healthy progress report. I remarked to the vet, "Good thing I have pet insurance" and went about my day. A week later Elliott and I were playing, and he vomited. Puppies throw up, but something in my head said, this isn't right. He was lethargic. He lost his spunk. Trupanion has given quick, efficient and caring customer service. Their reimbursement arrived much more quickly than I anticipated. They return calls and emails almost immediately. I have been very satisfied with this company. They are always easy to work with and helpful.
