Not very helpful, this was not a good experience. This is our 2nd pet. Our 1st insurance company was another company but not available for us. Chose this one to cover our newest pet. Did not Enjoy our claim experience . All they did was deny all our submissions by saying my vet withheld info maybe and if I want I could appeal

The representative was upbeat and able to take care of the two reasons for calling, very quickly. I'd also like to say, I love how quickly reimbursements are processed.

I was on hold for quite a while considering my call was in the middle of the day at a presumably low traffic time of day.

Notwithstanding the detailed explanation given by the supervisor on costs for pet insurance and suggestions how to reduce payments by a deduction . However the fact I cancelled my insurance on Daisy then due to circumstances I reapplied the lapse in the policy they included a whole series of exclusions WHICH I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE thanks to my vet office they now covered very little As a example they noted a comment by the vet of a minor ear infection which now will not pay for anything to do with the ear I find this to be unfair and bias The rest of the insurance is excellent Initially it was my error to cancel but the interpretation by the vet and trupanion is a gross injustice Thank you Andy

Enbrace was there for me as I struggled treating Abby's renal failure and heart murmur as she slowly declined and I had to choose to stop her further decline even though she fought hard to stay with me. She lost 25% of body weight and just could not overcome enough to continue. She was a beautiful Toy Pom, normally 4 and a half pounds, red sable. She was also my medical alert service dog for the past 14 and a half years. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner. They were there to answer any questions and help with the process.

Unfortunately my girl had major surgery. All covered, quick payment, excellent customer service.
