My credit card company had reissued my card I used to pay pet insurance bill and had changed the card number on the card which caused payment to be rejected. I just needed to substitute the new card number which was handled well.

In the past year alone I have had two dogs hospitalized with major surgeries costing thousands of dollars. I don’t know what I would have done without this insurance. They are quick in processing claims and getting my much needed money back to me!! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

The filing process was very simple and I received my check about a week later. They even have the option to link your bank account so you have direct deposit. Customer service even called to follow up on my experience and see if there was anything else they could do. Ease of use, excellent customer service, quick pay out. What else could you want?

We recently went through a horrible experience with our 1 year Golden....needed a very expensive surgery to remove a foreign body. After years without having a dog again, my wife and I finally decided to get one. We spent some time checking out the different pet insurance plans available and the companies who overwrite them. As we were reviewing the different plans and price, the ASPCA plans always kept being the “top dog”. That made the choice easier. The prices are reasonable, the time from filing a claim and receiving the check was super fast. If you have any questions, the customer service representatives are fantastic. They are not only very pleasant and helpful, they many times will call back to see how my Angel and if we needed any other help. It is ironic is that our Angel has better insurance than what I have :P
