I am happy with how my phone call went, and was given advice on how to proceed ongoing. I have two cats that are on some of the same medications. In the past, I was given different advice from what I received most recently. Hopefully there won't be any more confusion with my claims. Thanks so much, and I'm glad my issue was figured out and rectified in a timely manner. :)

We had Trupanion as our insurer with our Weimaraner Lily from the time she was 8 weeks old. She lived to be almost 11. The level of service we received throughout the years from Trupanion was exceptional! We would not hesitate to insure another pet with Trupanion.

I have been a member if trupanion for many years! I have always been satisfied with the insurance for my three dogs and two cats. I recently three times to find out why I no longer get emails when a claim is open or when payment has been made. No one has resolved this problem nor did anyone get back to me. I also called today for a quote to add another cat and the representative said she could not help me so I should go on the website and get the quote on my own. I wanted the quote so I could sign up during that same phone call. I am actually considering canceling my policy for our new puppy and putting the cat on a different company also.
