Embrace makes everything so easy.
I expected the processing of claims to be a pain, but Embrace makes it so easy to upload copies of invoices and submit claims. And their response time is amazing.

Amazing Company and Pet Cloud
Figo saved my pets life and my family a ton of money!!! I saw a few negative responses about claim times so I wanted to chime in. Not sure if the others received the same letter I did, but they have been great at communicating their growing pains and it seems to me like they are on it. Personally my experience has but nothing but fabulous. They paid my claim and whenever I text them they are super responsive. All in all, they are hands down the best pet insurance company out there. They also have an awesome Pet Cloud and mobile app.

Always a streamlined process.
I never have any issues dealing with Trupanion. From my premiums to submitting paperwork to receiving payment there is never any problems. Each and every time I contact this company my questions are answered completely and quickly. If only other companies were run as efficiently as Trupanion

Awesome
I am very new to ASPCA. -only 3 months. My little dog, Ginger had a heart attack, Labor Weekend, 200 miles away from home. Went to emergency vet, they took care of her . Came back filed claim, and ASPCA processed my claim quickly after vet . Answered their questions. I would highly recommend this company. Saved me $1,300.00!!!. Thank you ,ASPCA!

Embrace means affordable peace of mind
My Golden is almost 14 years old. He and another of my dogs had been insured with another company but last year my premium skyrocketed so I went looking for other options. With Embrace I was able to find a policy that would cover the big bills while being affordable. Recently my boy was diagnosed with megaesophagus resulting from Myasthenia Gravis. This involved an emergency overnight hospital stay and repeat follow up testing to confirm the diagnosis. Embrace paid my claims promptly and my old guy is doing great again.

Fantastic Pet Insurance Company
This company is fantastic! My dog had 3 major surgeries in 13 months totaling nearly $14,000.00 and Embrace covered all of them. Their customer service is excellent. The claims filing and reimbursement process is fast and simple. It is peace of mind knowing that Embrace is there for my beloved dog. Trupanion delivers on their promise
My dog has been healthy for 5 years, but when illness struck, and surgery was needed, Trupanion eliminated the financial aspect of our worries. I had very little out-of-pocket upfront, and the Vet Hospital billed the rest directly to Trupanion. I wish my health insurance worked as easy as this!
