Answered all questions
My dog has a seizure issue so I wanted to find out if sending him to a specialist would be covered the Serve customer service assistant was able to answer all of my questions provide me with the information I need and put my mind at ease knowing that he will be taken care of I can't say it enough for you guys.

Verifying claim
The rep. seemed agitated that I referenced that I had re-occurring issues when faxing in recent requests, which is true. I was calling to verify my fax was received.
