Happy with coverage
I just recommended trupanion to someone who is contemplating getting a dog. I am so happy with the coverage for acupuncture and chiropractic with trupanion. My chihuahua is being treated for a subluxated knee and these two modalities are working well, thus avoiding need for surgery at this time. reimbursement has been very prompt, right to my checking account. Thanks for such great service.

Documents
For purposes of documenting need for expenses for an "emotional support animal", it is necessary to have a record of payments that looks official (i.e., on a letterhead or otherwise professional heading). Current download does not meet this need at all. For me, this is crucial.
