Very easy to file a claim and get reimbursed.
Filing the claim was very easy. I used the app and uploaded the picture of the vet bill. They emailed me back to let me know they received the claim. I could track the process of the claim and reimbursement on the app. They even called me to see how my dog was doing.

I am surprised how much they cover!
My older cat, Annie was on a dry food only diet and started to experience constipation and bloating. Vet gave her some fluids and some samples of both wet food and prescription gastro dry food to mix together and try at home. A few days later, I took her back. She was doing better, and it was decided to keep her on a high quality wet food mixed with the prescription dry. That dry food was expensive, but Embrace covered 80% of the costs! I was pleasantly surprised.

We highly recommend
Our beautiful dog passed away this morning. A Bernese Mountain Dog, she lived over 12 years. We give a lot of credit to our pet insurance making it easier to provide her with top quality care all these years. We highly recommend you to anyone we know.

Very compassionate and understanding.
The person I interacted with was very compassionate and understanding. I had to cancel my policy because my dog died. She sent me a claim form by e mail, and I will probably submit a claim for his final medical expenses.

Embrace allowed us to get lifesaving care
Embrace has been the best customer service experience we have ever dealt with, period. They are quick and efficient, extremely fair in their claims process, and overall the easiest part of managing major medicinal issues for our boxer boy. Our dog was 8 months old and diagnosed with Steroid Responsive Meningitis Arteritis. Without immediate care and months of medication, he would have died, but thanks to our vets, care credit and embrace, we have weathered the initial diagnosis and one relapse and still have a healthy, happy; typical boxer pup. The claims process is simple and the reimbursement process quick and easy. We were only denied one claim - for diarrhea, because we had seen the vet for diarrhea during the waiting period so it was deemed pre-existing. I don’t agree with that, but given their quickness to reimburse every other multi-thousand dollar claim, I can’t complain. The other WONDERFUL thing about embrace is they will not drop you for claims! Premium renewals and pricing are not based on whether or not you made claims, which means we have the security of having insurance for our dog even if he relapses again.

Fast and efficient
Embrace pet insurance is the best money I ever spent on my cat. It took less than 10 business days to get my reimbursement. 100% of the expenses were deemed eligible, and after my small deductible I received 80% as my reimbursement. My deductible was smaller because my pet had gone a few years with just wellness visits, not an illness or injury visit.
