Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver - literally! My aging dog lost his eyesight, and subsequently fell and broke his shoulder. Between the emergency visit, surgery, medications, and physical therapy, his medical care is costing in the tens of thousands of dollars. Healthy Paws reimbursed the charges, as expected, with no hassle, and no complaints. And claims submission is a breeze online. And, the icing on the cake - they even check in on how my dog is doing from time to time. What health insurance company does that? Healthy Paws! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Because of them, my dog is getting excellent medical care that I would not otherwise be able to afford. Thank you!

After taking our 3 month boxer pup to the ER for treatment, we were advised to contact Trupanion to initiate a claim. Since we just started our subscription the end of December, we had to wait 30 days before we're able to file a claim. Dominique was fantastic! She gave us a mini orientation, updated our account, shared how to easily submit a claim should we have need to do. Dominique provided GREAT customer service! Thank you!

I always tell people how great Trupanion is. As a matter of fact, I volunteer at the Putnam Humane Society Thrift Shop and mention Trupanion to people all the time!

If you have more than 1 animal (I have 3) it's more expensive than MOST people could ever afford. My deductibles will need to be "upped" to about $1,000 for 2 of them and at that rate it's very hard to justify the cost. At this point my monthly payment is $197 which is more than I can afford. I asked her to forward my comment that people with multiple pets should get some sort of discount in order to make it feasible.

I can't believe you lost the Rimadyl invoice that was included with the Gabapentin invoices [I faxed 4 pages] and now you are reviewing it??? Beau has been taking that for a long time - it is not new for his Arthritis. I am also disappointed how long it is taking for reimbursement for Beau's hospitalization - he was so sick, I thought I was never going to get him back.
