Best Pet Health Insurance Available
We got Bailey as a young pup and didn't realize the trouble they can get into. After researching many options, I chose Nationwide Pet Insurance as it included preventative. I didn't realize I would need the insurance for the young pup for sick visits early on. He is a fun-loving, curious dog I don't know how I could live without! Nationwide Pet Insurance has been there every step of the way, from healthy to sick exams, and everywhere in the middle. They are the insurance I trust and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for being there for our family.

Amazing Service
They processed the reimbursement and I got taken care of within 2 days. Our dog required a serious surgery and Healthy Paws helped us out big time. THank yoU!

Usually when you pay for a service you, you know, receive a service
I couldn't give them 0 stars. We submitted some claims when Bobear got sick. Denied all three on the grounds they didn't have records from a few years ago. We didn't have him that long. No one knew where he was at the time period. He'd only been at the shelter a month. They reprocessed the claims and it took them longer than a month to deny all three again with no explanation. It literally told us that it was processed and it was paying out $0.
We're likely going to cancel.
Thanks for stealing my hard earned money, Nationwide.

Efficient, fair, and easy to use.
I feel like Nationwide has done very well by my family. We have 3 cats on Nationwide, and 2 with serious health issues that Nationwide has supported us through without any additional effort on our parts. I would highly recommend using Nationwide coupled with the Vitus Vet app to allow for quick claim entry to ALL per owners as an essential element of your families health strategy.

Unexpected surgery
Thank goodness for pet insurance. I found a lump on my dog. Took him to vet. He needed to have it removed. Had surgery, was a low rated mass. Which was very good news. I'm grateful. Without my insurance, it would have been difficult financially.

Very impressed
Very impressed with the handling of my first claim. All I did was take a photo of my vet's statement and emailed to Pets Best. I was kept abreast of the processing of claim and had payment in less than a week.
