I have had Embrace for about 6 months now, ever since I adopted by wonderful Boxer boy. We had a rough go for a few months, trying to determine the cause of his vomiting and very runny stools. After too many late night emergency room visits, internal medicine work-up, blood work, x-rays, ultrasounds, and an endoscopy, we finally found out he has Inflammatory Bowel Disease that requires a special diet and a daily steroid dose. Embrace has helped us all along and has worked with us to get him the best care possible. I stressed a lot in the beginning, not being sure what would be covered under my policy but Embrace has been wonderful and everyone I have interacted with over email or the phone has been caring and professional. I rave about Embrace to every pet parent I meet and would recommend it to anyone looking to choose Pet insurance. It has been the best investment I have made so far in providing the best for my wonderful boxer boy and the best way to go is to get the most benefits possible and the highest reimbursement rate when you buy the policy so that everything that happens after the policy takes into effect is covered and you don't have to have a medical review if you want to increase your benefits and/or reimbursement rate. It is very much worth it in the log run!

We got insurance just for piece of mind having had a few major surgeries without for our older dog. Lotta is a large breed Newfoundland and we were uneasy with expenses she could bring on. Smartest financial decision we've made. Lotta is the most lovable girl in the world but has come with vet bill after vet bill. Last year started with a tplo surgery, rehab including hydrotherapy and another surgery to remove the PLO hardware and more therapy. Healthy paws was quick to cover all. Just when lotta learned to run free again, she ran right to the trash and ate a corncob. 3 days of observation and eventual exploratory surgery and intestinal repair were all covered by healthy paws. Reimbursement just days after bills were sent. Our decision has become a life saver.

I submitted my claim and got a quick response from Healthy Paws who told me my claim was being processed. This was a first claim for my dog so I had to wait a bit longer but it was only about 3 weeks to get reimbursed. Healthy Paws notified me on how things were progressing and emailed again after a month to check on my dog's welfare. Very happy with my choice of pet insurance!

I'm so glad I have Trupanion for all of my pets! They are so quick to process claims and I can always count on them covering 90% of the bill besides the exam, that I never have to worry that I will be able to cover my pets' medical bills and never have to think twice before going for whatever option is best for my furry children! Bubba was having diarrhea problems. After testing, he was diagnosed with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. This will be a life long problem but controllable. This was my first claim. I couldn't believe how quickly and easily the claim was settled. They even wrote asking how Bubba was doing afterwards. I had even called to ask a question about my scanned invoices ( thought I might have messed them up). Their representative couldn't have been nicer. She even asked after Bubba.
