Sick visit
We received reimbursement on Buddy’s claim within 3 days. It was nice to not stress over a vet bill as we were concerned about Buds health at the time. He is back to himself after a two week course of antibiotics.

It was easy to navigate. It allowed me to customize my plan to get me just what I needed for my newest fur baby! They were even nice enough to call me to make sure I didn't have any further questions! Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Great coverage!
The process was easy and the outcome was good.
The only improvement would have been communication during review.
It seemed that after acknowledging the claim things went dark for a little too long.

Best pet insurance provider!
I always mention to any dog parents that the best pet insurer is Trupanion! It was the best advice that I received when I got my new pup! Filing claims are simple and easy and reimbursement is extremely quick!

A tragedy prevented.
Took Maddie for her yearly check up and the vet found she had a cracked tooth. We were concerned about food getting in and causing an abscess. The following week the tooth was extracted and surgically repaired. Trupanion worked quickly and paid over a half of the procedure. They worked with the vet and the claim was settled within a week. Thanks for being there for Maddie!!

First claim submitted, very fair outcome of payment
This is my first experience with pet insurance. The claims process was very easy, and I felt Pets Best was very fair in their assessment of how much to cover.

So far so good!
NationWide has been great so far. Only one complaint is my login for the Pet Insurance website doesn't work on their Android app. Doesn't seem all accounts are synced across the company quite yet. Otherwise it's great.
