When I called Customer Service Rep John was great!
When I called, Customer Service Rep, John, was great! Courteous, friendly and professional. We submitted multiple claims 2 days ago so we'll see how responsive and supportive Trupanion really is.

Have three of our four dogs insured and the coverage is a huge help.
