Trupanion for filled the terms of our contract to the letter. When we made a claim early on in our insurance, we felt this was a good litmus test of what we could expect in the years to come. Their service was outstanding, payments were prompt and claim process convenient. Their rates may be moderately higher but this type of assurance and value (should a critical event occur) extends well beyond the difference in price.

Best thing we ever did getting Pet Insurance!!! Who new our dog would like to compulsively eat gloves, socks, underwear, dish cloths etc. Every time we called with a question regarding our coverage the staff was always helpful, compassionate and understanding. Processing our claims have been fast and efficient. So impressed with this company and their staff.

Our previous dog had had liver failure at the end of his life and it cost a fortune. I wanted pet insurance. Our puppy turned out to have allergies that caused her ears to have yeast infections. I didn't realise that her insurance would cover her allergy medication and ear infections; I inadvertently discovered that these were covered. Trupanion honoured and reimbursed about $1200 in vet bills (about 25) that went back 3 or 4 years. Never complained or made a fuss. Just processed the claims in a few days and credited my bank account. I was thrilled and impressed. Always easy to talk to and very clear and straight forward.

I have insured 2 beagles with Embrace insurance and have never encountered any problems with submitted claims. Having this insurance gives me peace of mind that I will be able to afford treatment that is needed. I have found the process from submitting claim to payment very efficient!

Embrace is always quick to reimburse me after any veterinary visit or prescription refill. The claims are easy to submit -- via fax by vet's office or through a scanner PDF as email attachments -- and Embrace always communicates to me about the status of my claim. They even email me to check to see if my reimbursement had gone through. As much as we love our furry companion, Embrace loves them too with clear communication and fast service. Maila's most recent accident entailed an overnight stay at an emergency clinic, shots, fluids, medication, and surgery. Without Embrace, I would have had to find over $3000 to keep my baby alive. Solely from my experience from the first policy I purchased and on, I recommend Embrace to every pet owner I know (They have no referral program that I am aware of).

Embrace has been great! The claim process is so easy and turn around time for repayment is quick, they even offer direct deposit! Customer service is great, I never have any issues with my many questions being answered.

A friend recommended ASPCA insurance after her dog was diagnosed with cancer. I finally signed up for insurance after we suspected our dogs got into rat poison. We spent over $1000 at UC Davis. After that day, I promised myself I would never be without animal insurance for as long as I had a pet. Fast forward to October of last year, we observed that my dog wasn't feeling good. Just as luck would have it, his symptoms became more pronounced after hours. We took him to the emergency vet and learned that he was diabetic. He had to stay overnight for aggressive treatments and observation. That visit cost me $1,1820. Believe it or not, I had forgotten that my dog even had insurance. A month later, I remembered that my dog has insurance and I submitted the claim 11-30-2017. ASPCA reimbursed me for the amount of $954.42. The money was in my account on 12/20/17! I cannot thank ASPCA enough! I have been recommending them to everyone that I know that has pets!
