Very good
Trupanion has been very good to us, they even put up with my late payments, still trying to get used to living on 2 payments a month being retired! Thanks everyone, we love our 4 legged "Kid" and you are there when she needs medical help! Thanks linda & eddie and madam sophie too... Of course!

Peace of mind
Trupanion has helped me fight the fight for my Star , I do not worry about the financial end because Trupanion pays 90% and I receive the reimbursement fast . Because of Star's Vet and Trupanion my Star wags her tail

Problem resolved
Patrick was the 3rd representative in a week that I spoke to and the only one to resolve the problem. Trupanion had placed a claim under the wrong pet despite what the veterinarian's receipt stated. My pet has a life threatening condition and I depend on the reimbursement to pay for her next round of meds. Though Patrick worked hard to get the claim resolved, I still have not received my reimbursement and will have to pay our of pocket again for more meds in the morning.

Although I think
Although I think the emergency room visit charge should be covered if we hit the deductible, the process is super easy. When I have called to speak to people, they are comforting and knowledgeable. I have recommended you to two people already!
