Excellent Coverage for the Unexpected
My female bullmastiff kept getting UTIs. The vet said that she had a recessed vulva and that could be the problem and a surgery could be done to correct the problem. She said most insurances do not cover it because the surgery does not work all the time. The vet opted for other methods first. After months of antibiotics nothing was working. We tried cranberry supplements, wiping after bathroom uses, apple cider vinegar, and every other method we read online and nothing worked. At almost $300 a pop for every UTI treatment, it was becoming too much financially and seeing my pup in discomfort prompted me to go ahead with the surgery covered or not. Surprisingly ASPCA covered a big portion of the surgery and ever since she has had the surgery, not a single UTI has occurred. Thankful for such great coverage and customer service

Always there for my dog and myself
My young dog is healthy but I know that if I needed Pets Plus Us they would be there to help me returning my loved dog to her health. They are always willing to talk and explain and I would never hesitate in recommending them to any new owner. If you have health insurance for yourself, why shouldn't your best friend have the same.

Remember you are dealing with insurance claims adjusters!
I realize some people will try to "defraud" insurance companies when they submit claims, but to basically be called a "liar" and then never even consider a formulary based drug on a claim - who is the liar?

Django’s kidneys
My Django had a kidney crisis in October 2016. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease a few months later. Embrace has been there for us all the way through. He’s had fluid therapy, as well as daily medication ever since. Embrace helped us get him to a specialist and a nutritionist, in addition to regular check ins with our veterinarian.
Customer service has been friendly and helpful, and our many claims have been approved typically rather quickly.
I recommend Embrace to anyone with pets. You just never know what they’ll need. I never want to make a decision about Django’s care based on financial factors, and Embrace helps with that peace of mind.
Django is 12 1/2 now. He naps more than he used to, but is a happy, affectionate doodle :)
