Extremely Grateful!
I purchased Healthy Paws insurance when our Maya was just a puppy. She is almost five now. Despite my skepticism of the insurance industry as a whole, this company has processed every claim I have submitted fairly and rapidly. This includes, among others, TPLO surgery on both knees and mast cell tumor removal at Cornell Veterinary Hospital. As you may imagine, no small expense. Without their help we could not have afforded the care that Maya desperately needed. As noted we are extremely grateful.

Excellent quick service as usual!! Can’t say enough good things about Embrace!
Hate to think what would happen if I didn’t have Embrace for both our Goldens, age 11 and 2. Embrace has always been there for us. Just love them. Have friends who have put their pets on Embrace from our recommendations. Wonderful service. Keep up the good work.

Genuinely the kindest assistance one could ever need.
I just want consumers to know that I’ve been with trupanion for over 8 years and when the time came to need the coverage, not only were they there to assistant me with the claim but emotionally. The kindness and compassion helped me get through a very difficult time. And most importantly without the coverage I would not have been able to save my pets life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Embrace is the Best
Embrace has covered everything concerning my dog's recent tendon injury, including surgery, stem cell treatment, and rehab. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I will be thrilled or disappointed...
I will be thrilled or disappointed when I hear about my next claim. My first one was for a non-covered injury costing me $3000. This one will hopefully be covered but don't know yet. I wasn't sure that the customer service rep knew as much as she could
