Just received email my dogs insurance going up.

Just received email my dogs insurance going up. My oldest dog it’s going up 104.00 with my other one 23.00 that’s not bad but 104.00 is ridiculous. It goes up almost every year and you guys are getting close to 600.00 a month from me and we are not using much mostly for small things. I have talked to you before about it going up and all you can say is lower the d deductible and I cannot afford too. It’s getting to the point we’re I might have to get rid of my dogs because I cannot afford to take care of them. Raising the insurance like that is a money grab and you are taking advantage of people.

my experience

without a doubt Embrace is the best. my claims were finished in a timely manner. when I asked for help they were there from the start and answered all of my questions.

Really worthwhile coverage with a quick simple claim system

I am SO happy I chose to take insurance coverage for our adopted two little girls, we certainly did not expect to need to use it as quickly as we did, but it was very reassuring that we could focus on getting them back to full health and the cost would be for the most part taken care of. I was also super impressed how quick and easy the claim system was, I simply paid the fees due to the vet or facility of my own choice, then returned home and scanned in the receipts as I went, usually on the same day so the info was fresh in my mind and filled out some basic info, all online. A really well thought out and executed system and I am very grateful that so far all the tests and treatments have been covered, even the prescription food diet that my two cats are now on for a trial, which so far seems to have resolved their symptoms, which is so wonderful to see them back to health. Also worth mentioning that the few times I've had need to call up, the call handlers have been extremely nice, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and sweetly asked after my cats health. Really made a difference to speak to someone who immediately understood my case and could answer any question I had, rather than being transferred around the houses. I would highly recommend this insurance from first day you have your new pet for peace of mind and to limit cost of unexpected illness or injury. Thank you!

So happy we had Embrace!

We are so happy that we invested in pet insurance. We had a previous bad experience with another insurance company with our older dog so we took time to research the companies before purchasing insurance this time. In our opinion, Embrace had the best plan out there with the choices they offered including the wellness option. We got the insurance not long after bringing our puppy home-he was 3 months old. We didn't want to wait and then have to be concerned about pre-existing conditions. We didn't think we would need to use it so soon but he recently had a visit to the emergency vet and then a couple day stay at the vet with vomiting. We knew the bills were going to be high but we wanted him to have the best care possible. Knowing that we had Embrace made us feel a lot better. It was so easy submitting the claims online and it took a few days to get additional medical records from our doctor but there were no issues and the claims were paid quickly. We are so happy that we have EMBRACE!

Awesome Customer Service Hands Down

When I compared Embrace to other companies, on paper Embrace was by far the best. I am happy to see that they are not just amazing on paper. From the plans they offer, to the claim reimbursement process, to the customer service....I must say they are the BEST. They are not the type of company to try to get over on you. Everything I am entitled to is clearly articulated. I have absolutely no complaints.

Am VERY pleased with this company

Have had this for my dogs for quite awhile....Great service and the representative when a 4 yr old yorkie of mine passed away. The rep was great. I now have another yorkie and am VERY please with this company. I recommend it to all my fur baby parents!

Easy and Responsive

Embrace is claims are easy. Finding, filing and submitting paperwork is easy. Viewing your policy, and claims is easy too! They always complete claims within a couple days. They send messages if needing further information and respond quickly.

great customer service & follow up

love what you do everyday to have the ability to send that message via email and phone. With Embrace I can feel that sympathy and passion for both the owners and animals. My advisor treated me & Sasha as if I were the one needing surgery and was quick with follow up and information on what my policy would cover for a major surgery. What more can you ask for?? Oh and it's affordable!!!!!

Good.

First time experience with pet insurance of any type, glad to have when my German Shepherd had problems during the first year already. They were very responsive, kind and professional. Also paid what they were going to pay timely, any delays were due only to them receiving requested info from vets. It was good to have help with an unexpected illness, albeit disappointing when neutering wasn't covered for any reason, even when it was the surgical cure in this case. All in all, was glad we had the policy, helped with expenses that come up suddenly.

Insurance company with a heart

I have always been impressed with the way claims were handled fairly and with the way everyone I ever spoke to at Embrace was kind, respectful and helpful. Years ago, I recommended Embrace to my veterinarian and now she recommends it to her other clients. A few weeks ago, my beloved dog died. There were a lot of medical bills in her final weeks. All were handled rapidly and then I was shocked when I received an email telling me that I was getting a prorated refund for the annual premium I had recently paid. That was followed by a condolence card individually signed by many staff members. Embrace could teach purveyors of human insurance a thing or two. I will continue to recommend you to anyone who is interested in pet health insurance.
