We have been with trupanion for y years and I find it ridiculous how every year you guys are raising the premium I have to keep adjusting my deductible to keep my payment down.

Our insurance was increased because our zip code change and she explained it was due to the price in vet fees in the area.
Our insurance was increased because our zip code change and she explained it was due to the price in vet fees in the area. However she never asked where our vet is located. She offered no solution and when I said this is making me reconsider using the company she made it obvious she didn’t care. We will be looking for a new pet insurance company and will no longer be recommending Trupanion.

I missed a payment and I phone right away and rescheduled it.
I missed a payment and I phoned right away and rescheduled it. But then I got email saying check payment info but I already phoned to reschedule but had to phone again because of email then after I called and complained and they made sure it was on computer which was. Then after that call I received a phone call next day saying update my payment method. So I shouldn’t be getting calls or emails if I rebooked payment date. I’m not to happy about this. It made me angry and upset. It’s not right it kept happening after changed payment date. Fix your system
