Great service
I am delighted with this service although I am very disappointed that although I was promised that the cost of my dog, Prairie's insurance would not rise, it has now doubled from around C$300+ a year to C$600+ a year.

Ease of filing a claim at the veterinary office. Coverage seems to be good even though 100% of this claim went toward my deductible so the entire expense had to be paid out of pocket.

After working in veterinary services for quite some time, Trupanion is by far the easiest insurance company to deal with. I use it for my dog because I know they will cover my pet and let myself and the hospital know within a few hours or less.

Everyone should have pet insurance.
Everyone should have pet insurance. I’ve learned the hard way. My vet submitted the invoice and I received payment in less than 2 weeks. Things happen in life with our pets and it’s nice to get reimbursed for taking good care of them. Thank you so much for making it easy too!
