My puppy had a horrible accident happen. She was run over by a car, but thankfully survived. During all the trauma, Healthy Paws was right there is ensure that they would be paying the out of pocket costs for services. My puppy had laceration surgery and Healthy Paws paid my vet directly on the spot over the phone. The bill was covered at 90%! This is a great pet insurance company, that offers support and is available to answer all the questions you have during such a difficult time.

While this happened nearly 2 year ago, it still brings a lump to my throat at what "could have been." Our dog Mocca -- at the time a 9 month old puppy -- managed to slip her collar and run out into traffic. She was hit by two different cars, but thanks to the emergency vet clinic, our normal vet, and some divine help, she ultimately made a full recovery. This is the best pet insurance I have ever found and I did a TON of research before deciding on Figo. I even recommend it to everyone I know, or will listen. The plans cover things I would never have even thought about being covered. Only pet insurance company that offers 100% coverage after a yearly deductible.

Tracking and review of claim with updates is very helpful. Would be nice to get a discount for referrals for new members who join.
