Ordinarily I'd be sure to recommend Trupanion to friends. However my premiums for three cats have soared more than 100% and I have had to raise our deductible. I now question if it's worth having Trupanion.

I insured Charley Girl just before she was diagnosed with Degenerative Myelopathy. I thought for sure Trupanion would think I was trying to get over on them because of the timing. Trupanion did not have a second thought and reimbursed me right away. Interactions with them have been pleasant and payment was always rapid.
