Nationwide has insured my little Jack Russell Terrier, Chula, throughout most of her life. Your company is upstanding, honest, and dependable. My darling Chula was almost killed about seven weeks ago by an attack from a very large dog but, Nationwide was right there by my side. I have been a client for 5 years and have nothing but praises for this service. I now have the VitusVet app that allows me to submit claims on my phone and keep track of my dogs health. I am thankful for pet insurance is the best investment I have ever made.

I have had Trupanion for 4 years and they are amazing. The claims are followed up with email notification and immediate direct deposit. I am so thankful I chose Trupanion. My other pet has another insurance ASPCA because of pricing at the time in my area, so, in comparison Trupanion has been totally supportive and the staff in Seattle are really awesome! Trupanion Rocks~

Basically your insurance is nothing but a fraud to garner business and try to hook customers into purchasing insurance on their pet(s). And you write the policy in such a way that no matter what happens to a customers pet you cover your business aspects by not paying because you claim it’s a secondary to a medicine that the government and states require customers to have their pets vaccinated with a rabies shot. I had faith in AKC but now all I see is big business wanting money from the little people and that they (AKC) really doesn’t care about the little people or how it constrains their life when their family member has to be hospitalized and the insurance won’t cover it because of mandatory vaccination. Shame on AKC. I will be letting all my friends and family know of how corrupt this organization truly is. Nothing but a joke to not having to pay a claim on mandatory vaccinations that caused this issue and yet I’m still paying the medical bills. Totally lost my faith in AKC.

I have had my dog enrolled in Nationwide Pet insurance for the last few years. I am very satisfied with this insurance. Submission of claims is easy, their website keeps me informed of the progress in processing the claim and payment is quick. For those instances where a claim is denied, a satisfactory explanation is provided. Overall, this is one of the easiest insurance companies I have ever worked with

Healthy Paws allowed us to have Squeak receive superb care at the Matthew Ryan Veterinary Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. The quality of Healthy Paws' coverage, service, kindness, and caring removed the financial pressure and minimized our emotional stress.

I feel it's a struggle between vet and Trupanion to get thru the process and get claims resolved. Claims for an ongoing problem have often been denied, in our case. I'm considering cancelling my dog's coverage and opt for Care Credit, or just stay put the monthly insurance cost into a savings account for my dog, instead.

Trupanion is the reason my dog is alive right now. It was a no brainer to add my cat to our policy too!
