Waste of energy and money
I filed the claim with them in November 2017 and I kept trying to follow-up, they said hold tight they are transferring. Eventually they called me on February 2018 to let me know that they are closing my claim due to lack of progress! I asked their customer service reps what they need from me, if certain documents I presented were enough, they answered "not sure". I was shocked. Cancelled my policy right there. I regret signing up with them. They are very unprofessional.

Embrace Saved Us from Hardship
My ex and I adopted 2 rescue dogs and we were told by our vet early on that their hybrid breed mixes could potentially have back and hip problems as they got older. So we did our research and opted to get pet insurance for them both. One of my dogs this year developed IVDD and the emergency vet, neurology appointment, scans, surgery, recovery and medications came in at about $7500.00. For a middle class earners this was a huge devastation for us. Luckily with Embrace we were able to submit the receipts and within 2 weeks were reimbursed almost 80% of the total amount. We were so glad to have made the choice to go with Embrace insurance. Their claim process is swift and it saved us from financial hardship on top of the spinal surgery and recovery of our loved pet.

Not sure it's worth it
I got pet insurance for both my dogs after one was diagnosed with bone cancer. I did not expect Figo to cover the cancer costs as it was a part of a pre-existing condition.
This same dog happened to fall and pull a muscle in a different leg unrelated to the cancer so I filed that claim. But let me tell you, the wait time to process claim is ridiculous. They keep saying that their are hiring more people because the claims are taking 6-8 weeks to process once submitted.
Read the fine print, they would not cover my dog's euthanasia because he died of the cancer. Then charged me for his insurance the month after the claim was submitted which included the cancellation of the policy. When I called they said I needed to send a separate email to cancel the policy, then it would take more than a week to return my money.
It's bad enough that I have that we have the grief of losing our 2 year old dog, but come to find out they covered $25 of the expenses. Ridiculous!!!
Buyer Beware.

Very helpful. They said they would call back with an update in a day or two after checking with another department but they returned the call within 20 minutes. Great customer service

Don't pay for this insurance!!
I was told by my breeder that she signed me up for 30 days of free insurance through the AKC and when I turned in my substantial claim, they turned my claim down because not only did my breeder have to sign me up for the insurance, and did, it had to be "activated by me". I received an email and thought it was a copy with all the names on it. I have never had to sign up AND then have to "activate" it. Who would have guessed I had to "activate" my free insurance after signing up for it? In my opinion, they are just looking for any way to not pay. I would not recommend this insurance, clearly, they look for reasons not to pay. I'm sure there are plenty of other insurance companies with better ethics.

Peace of Mind
I trust Nationwide to help me manage the care of my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Whole Pet Wellness Plan premium seemed high at first; but, each time I take one of my dogs to the vet, I receive a 90% reimbursement check within a week of filing a claim. There is only a $250 deductible which you can spend on your first visit of the year. The Whole Pet Wellness Plan is definitely the way to go!

I'm a very pleased & satisfied customer. Pleased with your services, response time & your Representatives!
I took a few months to THOROUGHLY review a few insurance carriers/plans and I am VERY PLEASED to have chosen Hartville. Your agents are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Your response time to reimburse me for a claim was completely acceptable - and your prices were lower than other companies. I feel comfortable knowing I have coverage with Hartville if anything should happen to Logan. I've never had pet insurance before and I couldn't be happier with choosing you.

Efficient and friendly service
Each time I have called with a question or concern, I have reached a helpful, qualified and friendly "embracer". They have trained their staff well to treat each person and every call proficient and professionally. The system allows for easy transmittal and submission of claim information and they answer their phone!!! Unlike so many other businesses - that is huge for me.
Thank you for being an awesome company - Embrace Pet Insurance!

Quick, Easy, Painless claims
I've only had Pets Best insurance for a month now (I prepaid for a year and signed up for a wellness plan); however in that month my Yorkie has been to the vet once for booster shots and my bill ended up being 69 cents after insurance. I also purchased a year supply of HeartGard and Frontline and I received a $95 reimbursement within 2 business days and it was direct deposited in to my account. I haven't had any emergency claims yet (and hopefully I wont' ever have one), but its great peace of mind knowing Pets Best is there to cover 90% of my costs after the deductible. Thank you Pets Best!
