Great customer service!
I'm very glad I chose Embrace. Every interaction I've had with them has been 100% positive. Claims don't disappear into a black hole for months like they do with other companies. In fact, the turnaround time is usually faster than expected and I can always reach someone easily if I have a question or concern. The only reason I give them a 9 instead of 10 is that my dog has a pre-existing condition that isn't covered and I worry about it costing me if it becomes an issue again. However, this would be the case with most companies out there. Overall I'm very happy and I recommend Embrace for anyone considering pet insurance.

reimbursement of claims
We have an older cat who is always getting into trouble. There is never a dull moment. So we decided to continue his coverage. Its important to know that there is a deductible, but once that is met, reimbursement can be expected. Claims are processed readily. Customer service is knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding.

Teeth removal
Our 6 month old shih tzu, Sassy, was in for spaying and umbelical hernia repair. Our vet found she also had decidious teeth that was not loose and interfering with the formation and placement of permanent teeth. With our permission, she pulled these teeth while having her under anesthetic for the other things. While Trupanion does not cover spaying or the umbilical hernia (pre-existing), they promptly paid for the teeth removal and part of the anesthetic. The claim was handled promptly and completely to my satisfaction. Best decision I made was to get Trupanion. I have peace of mind.

They WILL reverse exclusions if you provide data
Embrace agreed to remove an exclusion on my dog's file once I provided documentation from my vet that proved the condition/concern was unwarranted. I appreciate that they were willing to take new data and change their exclusion when given logical information that warranted the change.

Very satisfied pet owner.
We love our pets: Daniel and Napoleon like children, and, because they dedicate themselves to giving us so much love, we want to take care of them in the very best manner when it comes to their health. A few years ago I did research for pet insurance and after reading many reviews, I chose Trupanion. Recently, our Napoleon had to have surgery. I filed a claim and received responses immediately via e-mail. The claim was accepted and were told we will receive a check (the 90%) that Trupanion guarantees to help cover our expenses. I would highly recommend Trupanion to everyone who wants the very best for their furry children.

Reason why my dog is insured
This note is to voice my opinion pertaining pet’s insurance and to answer to the question to have it or not, from my view point. My dog Bullet, German shepherd, currently 10 years old, was insured every since he was little puppy. For very long time he was receiving yearly check up at veterinary hospital and not too much of health problem issues noticed.
As he started aging and health problems began (if not this then that), the bills and expenses for variety of different treatments started growing.
Recently Bullet’s problem, like kidneys and urinary system, required different tests, among others ultrasound. The bill was very high.
Based on the type of insurance policy covering Bullet’s medical expenses, I was reimbursed 80% of the expenses that covered also high price medication.
So, yes pet’s insurance is the security blanket for those who care for their pet.
I would strongly recommend ASPCA Pet Health Insurance to my friends.

Great Insurance, Great Price
Pets Best Insurance is great health insurance for your pet. It cost just as much for a pet to visit a vet as a person to visit a doctor. I can tell you I would be broke, if I didn't have this insurance. Its well worth the price. You can get reimbursed or paid to the vet. In this case it took a little longer to get the claim settled because they had an extensive amount of claims but, I still got mine within 10 day.

Grateful to be Embraced for Brandy
Brandy, my beagle and my heart, was diagnosed with splenic cancer. So far, Embrace has paid for blood tests, surgery, and post-op care. Next is chemo and expect the same compassionate and speedy respondence.
