Honored on Appeal
While my claim was initially rejected, when the vet contacted Trupanion to appeal the claim she was successful. You have covered the care of our cat while we have only been customers for a short time. You can bet we will stick with you now that we've seen you in action.

I received 30 days free insurance when I adopted my puppy.
I received 30 days free insurance when I adopted my puppy. Called to find out more and the guy I spoke with was WONDERFUL. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and great to speak with. I will definitely sign up to continue insurance for my pup.

Our dog, Chino, owned by Robert Curtis, died in December but charges continued until we got our puppy, Snickers, in later May
Coverage continued and was not credited to our account after Chino died on December 20, 2018

Mixed message from Trupanion
My claim was excepted then denied over a one time medication that was given to our dog so the doctor could figure out what was wrong with our dog. Was very confusing and annoying to be given different answers by different Trupanion employees.
