I am really fortunate to have Trupanion for this Mini Schnauzer I rescued 3 years ago. The issues she has developed are tremendously helped and the ease and speed of processing this claim (as well as others) makes all the difference in the level of care I can provide for her.

Jeni is feeling great on her allergy meds.
Jeni is now talking allergy medicine for the itching and chewing and it seems to be helping tons. Her surgery seemed to have helped as week and no UTI’s. We love her insurance and it makes us feel that if something would happen she would be ok. ~smile~

Lengthy waiting time for reimbursements
I am thankful for Nationwide offering pet insurance and feel it has been extremely useful and beneficial. However, the length of time waiting for reimbursement is quite lengthy , and I wish they could be more efficient with it.

Great help and very convenient.
I find filing claims is very easy. They also cover many more items than what other insurances do. I like that they conveniently provide everything in their website. I also like the fact I get an employee discount on my premium

Took longer than usual to pay claim. In the past, it has been less than 10 days. This time, it was 30 days. Otherwise, service was great.

Nationwide has always paid what the contract says I should be reimbursed.
Nationwide has been great to work with. The only negative is it seems like the claims process takes a long time. However, they have always reimbursed me what I was expecting. I have not been disappointed.

Easy, quick & hassle free!
I love working with Embrace. They make my life so much easier with their claims service. I know I don’t always fill out all the forms that could make the process faster, but they never complain and still get me my explanation of benefits within a week or two! To me, that’s just AMAZING! Not to mention everyone I have ever dealt with is just a pleasure to talk to. Switching to Embrace was the best decision I ever made for my little girl.
