I am very grateful to Embrace Pet Insurance in general - and to the customer-service claims Embracers. Amanda Collins acted so speedily and thoroughly on my most recent illness claim for one of my cats. However, being a lower-income person, a disabled senior, I wish I could afford to have a lower deductible. It's disheartening to have that $500 deductible amount, in terms of some of the ongoing health issues my rescued special-needs kitty is bound to have. That's just my life at this point. But at least the Wellness part of my pet insurance for that same kitty, for special diet food, is a big help throughout the year.

I am *so* impressed with my Embrace claim-processor Embracer Amanda Collins - I submitted the claim only a few *days* ago and already Amanda has processed it, approved it & sent the reimbursement into my account - WOW! Our initial claim was processed quickly and without any complications. I filed two additional claims for follow up on the same diagnosis. Both claims were handles within a week with no hassle etc. I am very satisfied with Trupanion and would recommend to others.

It was the first time I've made a claim and it was very quick and painless. They paid exactly what I had calculated and I am very happy with this insurance.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Trupanion thus far. The monthly fees for our cat have seemed reasonable. And they've more than paid for themselves. Our cat required several expensive procedures to remove almost half of her teeth due to resorption issues. That itself was stressful, as was the fear over whether we'd have a good experience with the insurance. We needn't have worried about that. Trupanion was very fast in responding to our pre-authorization requests (responding within the same day) when we explained the time-sensitive nature of our requests. And after submitting our claim forms, they indeed covered 90% of eligible expenses after the deductible. We received payment within a week or two of claim submission, as well. On top of that, every interaction I had with them over the phone was quite pleasant. In addition to discussing the details of the work our cat needed, they showed concern and always wished us and our cat well. That was a nice touch, on top of the already great service. This has been our only interaction with Trupanion over the 2 years or so we've had coverage, but based on this experience, we'd absolutely recommend them.

I read about Embrace Insurance on a breed specific forum on the net. Every single person recommended Embrace, and said how wonderful the company is and how kind, and courteous the employees are. Plus the benefits out shine any other company. It is well worth the cost. So far, I have had no issues with my dog, but I have the comfort of knowing that if I do, I will be covered like no other company!
