We have had such a wonderful experience with Trupanion thus far. The monthly fees for our cat have seemed reasonable. And they've more than paid for themselves. Our cat required several expensive procedures to remove almost half of her teeth due to resorption issues. That itself was stressful, as was the fear over whether we'd have a good experience with the insurance. We needn't have worried about that. Trupanion was very fast in responding to our pre-authorization requests (responding within the same day) when we explained the time-sensitive nature of our requests. And after submitting our claim forms, they indeed covered 90% of eligible expenses after the deductible. We received payment within a week or two of claim submission, as well. On top of that, every interaction I had with them over the phone was quite pleasant. In addition to discussing the details of the work our cat needed, they showed concern and always wished us and our cat well. That was a nice touch, on top of the already great service. This has been our only interaction with Trupanion over the 2 years or so we've had coverage, but based on this experience, we'd absolutely recommend them.

I read about Embrace Insurance on a breed specific forum on the net. Every single person recommended Embrace, and said how wonderful the company is and how kind, and courteous the employees are. Plus the benefits out shine any other company. It is well worth the cost. So far, I have had no issues with my dog, but I have the comfort of knowing that if I do, I will be covered like no other company!

I am *so* pleased with the fast turnaround & great result from my most recent claim. The claim was for my special-needs cat's prescription food, on her Wellness policy. In spite of the claim going in around the winter holidays, the claim was processed promptly and carefully. I have been an Embrace policy holder for several years. Every time I need anything - from signing up, to updating cat and contact information, to filing claims - every interaction is positive. Everyone at Embrace has been helpful, friendly, and prompt. Veterinary care is very expensive, and even more so if you have to visit the ER, so my Embrace policy and their customer service has provided great peace of mind.

What a great expeirence. The piece of mind that you give pet owners is priceless. The process was easy a bit of extra paper work in the beginning but after that easy as can be. I truly appreiciated the update emails that I received from the Embrace staff. I feel as if everyone at Embrace truly does care about my puppies and me. My puppy was stung by a wasp and within a half hour, her eyes were so swollen she could not see and was having difficulty breathing. I immediately rushed her to the vet. She was in anaphylactic shock. They kept her for the day in the hospital under close observation, giving her fluids. After she was discharged, I submitted a claim to Healthy Paws and by the end of the week, I received a reimbursement check. They even sent me a personal follow up email to see how she was doing and wishing her well. I researched many different pet insurance companies; I am glad I chose the best: Great customer service, personal attention, and fast response. This company is awesome, and exceeds my greatest expectations. I am happy my puppy is covered by such an excellent healthcare plan.

I have found Embrace easy to deal with, fair and conscientious. I am not a big go-to-the-vet person, but my hearing assistant dog has had a run of bad luck. I'm glad I opted for insurance.

We were very concerned when our yellow lab, Willow, was diagnosed with a rare jaw tumor at 6 months of age. Thanks to Trupanion, we did not have to let veterinary costs be a factor in choosing the best treatment for her.
