Worst Pet Insurance
This insurance is the worst, I had it for one year and i spent money, submitted claim and they insisted that this was a pre-existing condition, even though her veterinarian sent in documentation showing claims were isolated. They took our money. I would not get this insurance, there are better ones that really pay your claims.

I am so concerned about my big guy that I’m thankful there hasn’t been any hassle,
I haven’t had much time to review all my claims but I’m sure glad I had this insurance... he was diagnosed with lymphoma and given 2-4 months. Five months later he’s still hanging in there!!!

Issues Resolved
I called because I got an email saying my payment wasn’t processed and my policy would terminate in a few weeks. I am on auto-deduct for payments so I knew I had to call Figo to get it straightened out. They were super helpful and explained the discrepancy and promised a better experience in the future.

Terrific Customer Service & Claims
I have dealt with insurance companies for many years both personally and professionally. FIGO's people and processes are extremely consumer-centric. I frequently have claims approved within 1 day of submitting them and find the money in my bank account within just a couple of days afterwards. The FIGO team should be proud of their products and people.
