From the informational phone call to years later and many claims, the service of Trupanion has been second to none. Friendly and helpful staff, easy submission of claims and quick turn around for reimbursement. I tell everyone who had a pet about Trupanion!!! They are leaps above other pet providers in their service and coverage. I won’t have another pet without Trupanion coverage.

It has been an extremely easy process to file our claims when needed and the turn around time is more than satisfactory.

I cannot say how appreciative I am for my pets insurance. The ease of filing claims and the timely response is greatly appreciated. I had unexpected expenses in excess of $5k and Nationwide did not delay in responding with payment. I am sold for life!

Walter, our 11 month old, had an emergency visit and the response from Nationwide was excellent! They covered the majority of our ER bill. Walter had a gastrointestinal illness that required overnight hospitalization. Having Nationwide support made this a much less stressful event. Great insurance. Highly recommend it.

Do not go without insurance if you have a pet. They are awesome. Easy to file with the app and money comes in 3-4 weeks later. Very painless process.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the check for Spencer’s last Vet visit since it was the third claim. I have been sending the forms since my husband passed away last year and apologetic in advance for anything wrong. i am so happy for nationwide. i didn't think when i got lucy she would be sick, but just took the insurance for a precaution. i am so glad i did. this is the first time i ever had insurance on my pet. nationwide so far has done an outstanding job meeting our needs.

I immediately took him to my vet for xrays, bloodwork and a barium test. His liver enzymes were off the charts. 24 hours later, I was at the University of Illinois Veterinarian School where he was placed in intensive care for 7 days after having his gall bladder removed. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws Insurance, the estimate of $6,500 was no reason to pause and have to consider putting Hank down at 3yrs old. Within 2wks I had a reimbursement check in my mailbox for $4,900. I pay $175/mo to insure all 3 of my pugs, it's worth every penny.
