Best Pet Insurance
I signed up for the Best Pet insurance at a festival two years ago and have not regretted it at all. My dog had a herniated disc last year (fortunately did not require surgery) but I knew that if she did have to have surgery it was covered, and I didn't have to worry about costs. They've been helpful, quick and courteous over the years and I have peace of mind knowing that my sweet girl is covered.

Great Insurance but too long to process claims
Everything has been GREAT except for the processing of claims. It takes a MONTH/30 days to get reimbursed. I have spoken with several other pet owers who have different pet insurance and their turn-around time is within 2 weeks.

My Herc
Without Nationwide I wouldn’t be able to care for my sweet pup as well as I have during some difficult medical events. Grateful for this insurance and vet care.

Lifesaver for us
We adopted Khloe when she was four years old. After researching the breed we decided to try pet insurance due to issues they tend to have. Vet recommended Nationwide. They have literally saved us several thousand dollars in the past couple years! Have only talked to customer service once and it was a very positive conversation and outcome! They were helpful and NOT trying to get out of paying a claim!

My only negative is the length of time to process the claim and get paid.
I have had my 2 Labs covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance for several years. It’s been a great ease of mind knowing that there is a safety net to help our animals if something major goes wrong.

It’s so great to not have to worry as much about the vet bills when my kitty is sick. They cover almost everything and it’s a huge help! Filing the claim was easy and it didn’t take too long to be reimbursed. Great company!
