Great Experience
The entire process was so easy and flawless! From understanding the service, to placing the claim, until the end I was kept in the loop and knew what was going on with the claim. They made it easy so I could worry about other things and not have to worry about checking on the claim.

Made my loss a little bit easier
Our family recently lost our furry girl Bella. I had to contact the insurance to cancel the policy and their response was absolutely amazing and appreciated beyond their knowledge. The representative that handled my call was compassionate and caring. And the follow-up I received from her manager made my heart melt. Thank you ASPCA for making this loss easier. I may no longer be a member of the insurance (at this moment) but you will continue to receive my support through donations.

A must have for your pet
If you're reading this you have probably already made the excellent choice to insure the health of your furry loved one. This is one of the best choices I've ever made. I never expected to need to call on the insurance, I had it more for peace of mind because I love my dog so much I didn't ever want to make decisions on her health based on money. As it happens she has had two unfortunate diagnoses in recent months, and Trupanion has come through with flying colors. I've felt extremely confident that they would agree to our claims promptly, and its taken a huge burden off of me. I can take her to her vet appointments, take all of their advice for treatment, and not stress about how we'll be able to afford it. Definitely read your policy carefully, but I have found mine very easy to follow and there hasn't been an instance where I'm surprised by what my responsibilities are and where Trupanion takes over. On the few occasions, I've called to update billing, ask questions, or check in on a claim the person on the other end has been incredible. I will use Trupanion for all future pets and encourage my family and friends to do the same.

Claim revisited
My claim for behaviour training for my dog was initially refused, but someone took another look, and it was accepted. I really appreciate that. The staff on the phone are great and the people who write the letters are very informative.
PS - at the bottom of this form, when i answered the question about receiving special offers, there was no opportunity to put my province in; only states were indicated.

So happy I signed my puppy up with Healthy Paws
I had my first claims for my puppy recently - which was actually 4 separate claims after he consumed part of a toy and it took 4 vet visits and a surgery to figure out what was wrong and treat him. I was so happy with how quickly they processed the claims and that they paid exactly the amount I expected for my plan. So happy I signed up with Health Paws and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to protect their pet and save themselves expensive vet bills!

SO worth it!
My 2 & 1/2 year old dog had a complete tear of her ACL (knee) and needed an extensive surgery to repair the joint. Filing the claim was super easy in the online portal, and I received the reimbursement via direct deposit within 3 weeks of filing. There is NO way I would've been able to get this done without knowing Embrace would cover the majority of the cost.

Excellent Coverage for the Unexpected
My female bullmastiff kept getting UTIs. The vet said that she had a recessed vulva and that could be the problem and a surgery could be done to correct the problem. She said most insurances do not cover it because the surgery does not work all the time. The vet opted for other methods first. After months of antibiotics nothing was working. We tried cranberry supplements, wiping after bathroom uses, apple cider vinegar, and every other method we read online and nothing worked. At almost $300 a pop for every UTI treatment, it was becoming too much financially and seeing my pup in discomfort prompted me to go ahead with the surgery covered or not. Surprisingly ASPCA covered a big portion of the surgery and ever since she has had the surgery, not a single UTI has occurred. Thankful for such great coverage and customer service

Always there for my dog and myself
My young dog is healthy but I know that if I needed Pets Plus Us they would be there to help me returning my loved dog to her health. They are always willing to talk and explain and I would never hesitate in recommending them to any new owner. If you have health insurance for yourself, why shouldn't your best friend have the same.
