Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.
Well I actually called in my monthly payments which I did do.Buy then Karly asked how were my dogs ELMO, HAPPY & PEEBLES doing, not to well Pebbles needs to see an apthomologist and she asked if I needed claim forms and if I need any info about how the coverage works not to hesitate and to please call back @ any time. KARLY was very pleasant, concerned and helpful about Pebbles @ a time when I needed to here some kind and knowlegable words thank You a much Karly.
