I have been incredibly satisfied with Trupanion. Claims are processed very quickly and the paperwork clearly explains what is covered and what is not. (I wish **my** health insurance was as easy to do as my dog's!)

I have had only very positive experiences with the service at Trupanion. My questions are always answered thoroughly, and I don't feel rushed to finish my call. It provides a sense of relief, as navigating the costs of healthcare for my aging heart-wrapped-in-fur is not an easy task!

My interactions with Trupanion staff are always very helpful and informative. Besides answering any questions I have, they always offer tips and further information. Trupanion has always been very compassionate when I have called to remove a deceased animal from my policy.
