Sam was the only CS agent I have ever been frustrated with.
Sam was the only CS agent I have ever been frustrated with. She constantly interrupted me which resulted in the conversation lasting much longer than it should have. She didn't understand the questions I was asking because of the constant interrupting and sassy tone in voice. I could tell I was upsetting her, that was very evident in her tone that began to be a little hostile. I kept saying I understand what you're saying but that wasn't the question I asked.

When I advised your company I had moved from Alberta to B.
When I advised your company I had moved from Alberta to B.C. my premiums shot right up. I am still the same person with the same animals and can see no justification for the rate hike. Will never use your company again should I get another pet.

Would have given 10 when I started 5 years ago
I would have given 10 when I started 5 years ago & the price was $37. Now it’s almost $60. And I find it very expensive. I have considered ending my insurance. Far to Expensive. If it was around $40 you would probably have a lot more people registered meaning more money for the company to pay for pet medical expenses that arise & also make money for the company. I don’t get it?
