As it turns out it was not an issue with Trupanion.
As it turns out, it was not an issue with Trupanion. My Vet Clinic never send it my form for reimbursement.

Bait and Switch
This company is a bait and switch scam. If your pet has EVER been seen by a veterinarian, for ANY reason, they consider it a pre-existing condition from then on, and will not cover it. When I called to inquire as to why my claim for an ear infection was denied, I was told that it was a pre-existing condition, and that my dog is property, and that is how they insure her. This Army veteran and animal lover disapproves!

It's worth it
I have never had pet health insurance before, but I have a kid and two purebred kittens, so I thought it would be smart. Filing claims is easy online and the payments were quick.
