The website is so much better now that claims are separated by pet name.
The website is so much better now that claims are separated by pet name. Much easier to keep track of things. Now I only wish there was an app, so that the pictures I take of my receipts could be uploaded with a claim form, without having to transfer pics to my computer

Lizzie was great.
Lizzie was great. I used to recommend Trupanion to all my friends and family. I believed in the beginning my premium would not go up as my pet ages but that is a false statement.

I love stumping the reps with questions about my scenario - it almost always ends with "I never thought about that we found out this after talking to someone and now I know because I have a dog that XYZ".

She also immediately sent me a form to help me with getting pre-approval. The form is very simple, and easy for me to complete.

Ordinarily I'd be sure to recommend Trupanion to friends.
Ordinarily I'd be sure to recommend Trupanion to friends. However my premiums for three cats have soared more than 100% and I have had to raise our deductible. I now question if it's worth having Trupanion.
