Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims.
Like any insurance company you have to go back and forth with them on claims. My dog had a couple of issues around the same time but somehow got lumped together making it appear that it was a pre-exsiting condition. Now I'm running around trying to get doctors to fill out appeal forms. No fun.

It's a good program for younger dogs.
It's a good program for younger dogs. Mine are 23 and 14, under a $1000 deductble. Not really working for us since they have some long term pre-existing conditions. And with a nearly doubling if our premiums coming in March, we will drop the plan.
