I have had 14 years of continuing...
I have had 14 years of continuing coverage from you for one dog with good service. It is unfortunate that when my dog needs the most coverage, the limit has been exceeded. There should be some reward for this degree of loyalty to you.

Quick & Reliable,
It's nice knowing that I have insurance on my pet. I had never thought of this before until my breeder suggested it. How wonderful to know that he is insured, just like my children, and his routine care & even emergency medical is covered! Nationwide makes it easy with online access, online claim forms & you can even submit your claims online as well as keep track of the status! Our next pet will definitely have this and I do recommend it to others.

Prompt, helpful and reassuring service
I have delighted with the ease of filing for reimbursement, that my policy coverage was better than expected, and when I called the Vet hotline - they were both helpful and reassuring. Absolutely recommend - good value and great service

I've had the easiest time with nationwide pet and recommend it to everyone. I got the wellness + pet insurance when my my dog was just a puppy and it more than covered all those puppy visits and fixing (chose wellness plus because it covered fixing when I enrolled, I don't know if it still does but that alone makes it very worth it as a puppy). Not only that, but when my dog was very sick one night and the vet bill turned out to be about $3k the bill became manageable after insurance. There was no worrying on my part on how I'd find that money and I could relax knowing my dog's care was taken care of instead of having to consider the cost of care. Customer service was good the few times I called as well.
I'd would like a mobile app for easy claims though (there is a nationwide insurance app but it only seems to link to my car - if it is in fact via that app the UI should be adjusted, it's not very intuitive) and I'd prefer if I didn't have to go through nationwide-->chase payment-->reimbursement, I'd prefer a more direct online payment method, but it's not the worst and it's understandable. Other than that I am a very happy customer :)

Easy to make claim and receive payment promptly
Uploading online from the vet app is awesome. It makes sure I never forget, so I can leave the vet, pull up the app and enter all information and picture immediately and I’m done just sit back and wait for approval.

ASPCA Pet Insurance is the best!
When one of our dogs died, ASPCA was so kind and considerate. They called, they sent a note and most importantly, they refunded the balance of his insurance premium without our even asking! We have insure our new pup with ASPCA and continue to be grateful for the care and responsiveness we receive for Penny, who we have had insured with ASPCA for more than 8 years. Submitting claims is fast and easy and the response time very fast. It is actually kind of hard to believe they are in the insurance industry! None of my other experience with insurance companies is so pleasant, easy and compassionate.

Awesome coverages!
Our last Golden Retriever's insurance turned out to be a joke, although we had the best plan they offered and had it for 9 years, they ended up only paying 20% of his $4,000 for his cancer medical expenses. We were very disappointed. The company found every reason to not help with his expenses.
For our new Golden puppy, I checked out EACH and EVERY pet insurance company I could find, and there are many these days. FIGO had the very best coverages for so many things that other carriers do not cover.
We have had one claim and it was easy to file online. The reimbursement (which paid out way more than the last company would have paid) took about a month, but FIGO said they were changing the way they paid to expedite future reimbursements.
All in all, I am pretty sure that we love FIGO!!!
