Dental care
Marni had her yearly dental care including the week prior to surgery. Nationwide covered the majority of the procedure cost. I am so very pleased with Nationwide and would definitely recommend their service to all pet owners.

Reasonable cost, decent coverage, courteous prompt service
Being in healthcare, I know it is not easy to operate an insurance properly and be financially sound. These guys seem to provide as good a coverage as it gets for the money and the do it well. Good attention to detail.

Awesome service and always concerned about Riley's health.
Our little Riley had to have emergency surgery and it was so easy submitting the paperwork to Nationwide. I believe they are truly concerned about Riley's health and are always helpful when I call with any questions. We're still pending one of the surgery claims, but hopefully will be pleased with the outcome.

Slow and not responsive
Initial review is "so far, not good!" Seven weeks after we submitted a claim and hearing nothing but, "We are slow" emails, "please forgive us." I called. All I got was, "we have a large volume and are working the claim" and "we are waiting to get records from your vet." I asked when they reached out to the vet so I could make sure the request was handled quickly, she could not tell me. After getting basically nothing from the girl at FIGO, I called the vet and she informed me that they had reached out this morning and and just completed the request and sent all of the records back to FIGO. So FIGO has everything, now we see how much longer this takes. As of now, I would not recommend this company.

Nationwide is awesome!!
Nationwide takes a few weeks but they did a good job managing my claim and getting payment was easy via Chase payment

Great coverage for those unexpected vet bills
My dog always seems to have these pesky unexpected health issues pop up and having this insurance coverage has been so helpful. Pretty much everything that I have submitted for has been paid.

Fantastic customer service!
Nationwide is quick to pay on claims and has an excellent automated system. Best thing I did was get this pet insurance for my dog!

Wish human insurance was this easy
Have been with Nationwide since they were VPI. Easy to work with, fair reimbursement, and fairly quick turn around on claims.

Great Experience
We unexpectedly had to make a claim six weeks into dog ownership (and three weeks after the end of our waiting period!). The claim process was much easier than I expected - the vet submitted the paperwork and I got my check yesterday. No questions, no fights. Thank you!
