Disappointed and concerned.
Waste of money. Does not cover preventive problems. They should require and pay for a checkup every 6 months. This in the long run would save both parties alot of money. I'm a disabled veteran with a service dog though this would help me save money and protect him. I'd ben better off with a special savings account.

I have had this insurance since May 2019 and my dog was 12 years old.
I have had this insurance since May 2019 and my dog was 12 years old. I have never filed a claim before but now when he needs an MRI for muscle weakness in his hind legs it was denied. They say it was pre-existing.

Be wary of this company. They will charge multiple deductibles for things even though they are related to the same issue. It’s a money making scheme, and they try to pay as little as possible.

This was my first time using this insurance.
This was my first time using this insurance. I was concerned there would be delays in paying the claim while the claim was investigated, but this morning I received emails that the claims were approved which was a great relief to me!

Good end to a bad week.
It was so simple! I filed a claim online, attached the invoices and in less than a week my claim was paid. It was the least stressful part of my dog's illness.
