I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance from day one for Lucy, she's now 6 months old, and for most of Maggie's life and she's almost 11. The insurance program for both dogs has continually improved. It may seem expensive, but if you add up your regular vet bills, and anything else that may occur, it is definitely worth the cost. Everyone I talk to that has dogs, we discuss insurance, and I have recommended Nationwide, and most have reached out. Some are able to get it through their company programs...which is where I also began. Nationwide is responsive, extremely fair, and easy to submit claims! Thank you Nationwide!!!

I would highly recommend getting pet insurance. My dog Grover has had pet insurance since he was 8 weeks old, and now he is 12 years old and I have had to use the pet insurance quite frequently, but I love having the piece of mind knowing that most if not all of my dogs medical expenses will be paid and because of this i never have to worry about how I am going to pay for his care.

When my Farmers Insurance Agent heard I got a puppy, he recommended Pets Best Insurance. I had recently spent thousands of dollars trying to save my last dog, so it sounded like a goid idea. The initial puppy check claim went super smoothly. I recently had her spayed, my approved amount was in my checking account in less than 24 hours! Unbelievable, best thing ever!

I just have to rave about Pet's Best. I have a 9 month old Whippet puppy that has been a walking accident since I got him. He broke his front leg which required surgery and a plate. The plate then had to be removed. Once that healed and he finished rehabilitation, he broke a rear toe. SERIOUSLY??? This poor pup has been in a cast for over a third of his life! I have never experienced anything like this with any of my previous dogs! Pet's Best has covered his injuries without question! From the initial visit, to bandage changes and xrays during healing, to rehabilitation......they have come thru with flying colors and I couldn't be happier with their service! I have had their coverage for many years on my dogs, but have never really had to deal with any substantial claims until now. So glad that I have Pet's Best and I will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for my Frenchie Pug for approximately 3 years now. Having Nationwide provides me the ability to know that my Frenchie will always be able to receive the proper care. I have the comfort of knowing that I never have to worry about not being able to afford my dog’s medical bills. She is a priority in my life and Nationwide makes us feel like a priority to them. Their 90% reimbursement rate is incredible and they cover almost everything! I could not ask for a better insurance company.

I’m please with Nationwide Pet Insurance and would recommend it for anyone. While not cheap, they do cover things. The problem I see is they’re slow but what insurance company isn’t!?!

Recently Sophie had a growth inside her mouth Which we know we needed to get removed. The cost of doing so was nearly $1000 but we didn’t hesitate as I knew VPI would help cover the expense....and they did at over 80%! While it was cancerous, they got clean margins and she is is doing great! I love knowing I don’t have to make a choice between the health and well being of her verses the cost of the vet. Thank you VPI for peace of mind!

Very glad we have Nationwide for our insurance for our four dogs. They definitely help with our veterinary costs.

My 6-year old boxer mix started limping. After a couple vet visits, it was determined that she would need knee surgery and follow-up visits. I filed my claim for the surgery from my phone immediately after settling the bill, and received an email stating the claim had been closed by Figo later that same afternoon. The reimbursement was sent directly to my bank account and made available a few days later. All the claims filed post-surgery have been reviewed and paid promptly. The level of service I received from Figo through this stressful time has been outstanding! Very thankful we chose Figo as the pet insurer for our dog. Thank you, Figo!
