The claim process and easy and straightforward and a quick turnaround. I submitted the claim on Thursday, got an email that my claim was processed on Monday and payment remitted on Tuesday.

Incredible experience
We are so pleased with Nationwide and our plan. Great customer service, however, we never need to call as all claims are done online and no issues. I cannot recommend Nationwide more.

Very Unsatisfied and Not Afraid to Share why
My last claim was not approved for no reason. My dog had a respiratory infection and need follow-up for an injury causing possible IVDD. Instead, doctor "records" were requested. I've submit everything I have within the time frame requested, so I don't actually understand why you want from me. I also spoke to someone who made me pay almost $300 because they hadn't received payments from my employer, but I have stubs showing everything deducted from my checks. Also, my fee was $27.39/check and my last two pay stubs show $46.83 being deducted. Everything about this feels like a scam and the only reason I still have it is because I have open claims.

Happy with Nationwide.
