You send an email when the claim is completed. Even when denied, the explanation in the PDF is easy to understand. You are WAY better than Embrace and I keep telling them that. We had to move two pets from Pets Best because their premiums skyrocketed from 2018 to 2019.

Great Insurance Experience
Healthy Paws is such a great company! I have been a customer of two other pet insurance companies and they do not hold a candle to Healthy Paws. The claims process is simple and can be done literally in seconds. They have never denied a valid claim and are always very clear in explaining when a procedure is not covered. I highly recommend this pet insurance.

GREAT ! Service and promptness is better than my personal medical insurance.

Nationwide has been awesome.
Nationwide has been great. The turnaround on claims is fast, the staff is fantastic, and we have peace of mind that our pet is getting the treatment she needs and Nationwide is backing us.

I am happy with my Nationwide insurance coverage.
Its nice not having to worry about not being able to afford to take care of my Bella. She means the world to me and its nice to know Nationwide is here. She is doing so well now.

Reimbursement issue due to false diagnosis
I'm still trying to get reimbursed for CT scan that proved dilated cardiomyopathy was not the diagnosis, but chylothorax was the final diagnosis! Resending invoices today will see what happens!
