Since my dog Petey's diagnosis with Heart Disease about 2.5 weeks ago Trupanion has been very supportive. I pretty much didn't know much of how the coverage worked and truthfully never expected to have to use it. From the very first time I spoke with a representative I am so happy that I chose Trupanion. In fact, all of the representative's I have spoken with have taken the time to both inform me and console me at the same time. It's been very comforting. Submitting the invoice and receiving reimbursement was almost effortless. I feel very fortunate that you were recommended to me years ago. Thank you.

I’m always taken a back that the person at the other end of the phone is genuinely interested in the well being of my dogs and takes the extra step of referring to them by name.
I’m always taken a back that the person at the other end of the phone is genuinely interested in the well being of my dogs, and takes the extra step of referring to them by name. Obviously, you hire people who care, and who loves pets. Keep up the great work, organisations with real heart are few and far between. Kimmy was wonderful.
