My 4 year old german shepherd tore her CLL and required surgery and thank god for accident insurance! I only pay $20/month and was able to get 90% of her surgery and expenses covered! ASPCA makes it SOOO easy to submit a claim and if you need anything, they pick up the phone straight away!

Trupanion is a Lifesaver. I was faced with the choice of administering a very expensive course of lifesaving treatment for my dogs. Without blinking an eye, I approved the treatment which cost upwards of $7000.00. I was confident that Trupanion would pay 90% and I could manage the other 10% out of pocket. My dogs are alive today because of Trupanion insurance. Truly grateful.

I got to have Pets Best because discount offer from my employer. Never have pet insurance before do it's difficult to understand at the beginning. With help from supervisor (forgot nAme), help me understand that first claim they need to verify many thing fist and after the first claim, it's a relief. And it's true. I didn't have any problem from 2nd claim. And fast result with nice reimbursement. I will keep and recommend Pets Best to anyone. Thanks

When my dog was in the hospital for a week with a lepto infection and nearly died, the bill was nearly $10k. Healthy Paws showed great concern for my dog’s health and expedited the process. The claim was completed within 48 hours, and I had a (very large) check in hand barely 6 days later. I am a very satisfied customer, and my dog is on the mend!

Molly got into something which turned into a foreign body in her stomach. Three visits to the vet later and she was in surgery. Because we decided to invest in pet insurance last year, there was no stress when deciding how to proceed with treatment. The claim process was very easy, a single page! However, depending on the vet service this may complicate the claim process. Fortunately, my vet clinic was very helpful and faxed the claim for me. I have had a few claims with my dogs and have been very pleased how quickly they adjudicated my claims. The people I've spoken with on occasion have been very nice and helpful.

I have had Healthy Paws for almost 3 years now. Not only do they let you select a price range and reimbursement rate, they are very prompt with their claims and get you your money back quickly. More importantly, after looking at competitors like AKC and others for my pure bred English Bull Terrier, Healthy Paws does not have caps on claims. If you read the fine print on other insurance policies, they only pay so much per claim, and so much per year which can be VERY costly aside from your monthly premiums. They also cover some larger dog ailments that others do not such as hip dysplasia. I would not choose any other insurance policy going forward. Ever.
