You guys are all incredible! You have empathy for our situations and always make us feel like you’re doing the very best you can to financially help us keep our dog healthy.

I used to have same insurance for other 2 pets ... now you have totally changed the deductible to per ailment which is totally insane and a huge rip off to us( the consumer who are trying their very best to take good care of our pets...). Even for the lifetime of the pet.. it’s not fair that my two dogs are 10 and their lifetime is really almost over so to make their deductible at $450 an ailment is really ridiculous. We pay you good money each month and getting nowhere. No one has been understanding or logically looking into this as I have made several attempts to explain this dilemma to a few representatives. A discount on two pets or reduction due to the age should be taken into much consideration. I used to recommend you to all of my pet owning friends and aquaintenences—even strangers in pet stores... but now... no more. We will most likely discontinue but unfortunately hold on thinking what if something worse happens to one of them. But to be honest for the amount we have spent already maybe we would just be better off continuing to pay the very expensive vets and just wing it since we never get any reimbursement due to the extreme deductibles. Maybe someone can offer us a better deal after reading this ?? Thank you for listening to a sincere pet loving and return customer for the 4 th time but now very disappointed in your plans. My older girl Iris has arthritis that was really slowing her down. My ASPCA insurance has made it affordable for me to keep her on a regimen of medications that keep her moving comfortably and greatly improving the quality of her life. Filling out the short claim form is simple and my refunds are processed quickly. I would recommend this insurance to all pet lovers!

Once you get past all the things the insurance does not cover and the deductible, the insurance is not bad. We adopted a 9 year old dog with a few health issues. While he was new to us, Embrace would not cover anything preexisting. As a result his two knee surgeries were not covered. Once I got past the $500 deductible for things that were covered, we started to get some money back. The vet filed the paperwork and we were sent a check. That part was easy. I did not find any insurance that would cover a pre-existing condition. I just wish that insurance would start with the health of the animal on the day the insurance policy begins.

My dog Dutch went to the vet for a routine dental cleaning. The vet discovered one of his teeth was infected. The tooth had to be removed. I filed my claim the same day and it was processed quickly and my reimbursement was sent directly to my back account. It could have been easier. Thank you so much!

Our 6 year old Norwegian Elkhound was in terrible pain, crying and moaning. We took him to the Pet Emergency clinic and they examined him along with x-rays but couldn’t find what was wrong. They gave him some pain and ligament pills. The next morning we were back at the emergency clinic for a full battery of tests and they finally found he had pancreatitis. This was a terrible and scary experience. The only positive part of this experience was how prompt Embrace’s response was and how quickly they reimbursed us. We are very impressed with our Embrace coverage and would recommend it.
