I have had such a wonderful experience and interaction with everyone I've spoken to at Trupanion.
I have had such a wonderful experience and interaction with everyone I've spoken to at Trupanion. Granted, I am still awaiting my reimbursement, but the staff (Karly, Rhonda, and one other - I can't quite remember) - have all been exceptional. They are personable, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and caring. It's been a pleasure to deal with the team at Trupanion. Thanks to all!

Shannon was great to speak with.
Shannon was great to speak with. She resolved the problem by resubmitting the claim, however the claim should have been approved without issue. I gave a 5 instead of a 10 because I was told in a prior conversation that the procedures would be covered. I hope that Trupanion stays true to their word.
